Shipping Info
ALL orders are processed and completed within 2-8 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier. Sometimes we are able to get orders out before the 2 days. Processing time all varies. However, expect 2-8 days before your item(s) are shipped. After the 2-8 processing time to make your order, your order will be shipped out using USPS First Class Package services (2-3 business days). Or, 1 day expedited shipping.
We are closed on Saturdays Sundays and holidays.
Missing Packages:
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, USPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen. If your package has been lost/stolen, please contact your local post office and/or neighbors who may have any updates on your packages whereabouts.
Return/Refund Policy
Absolutely no returns or refunds accepted.
If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
If a damaged item is returned to us without letting us know before sending it out, we will not accept the return and will be sending the item(s) back to you. The shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer to send the damaged item(s) back. They will not be sent back until the payment is received.
If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation. You must report it to us within (5) days after delivery day.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
